Data and Policy
The Data and Policy section of the Scientific Journal of Agricultural Sciences (SJAS) publishes original research articles, reviews, perspectives, and short communications that bridge data-driven analysis with agricultural policy, economics, and decision support. Submission and Review Policy
All submissions to the Data and Policy section should present methodologically robust, evidence-based analyses that contribute to agricultural data science, policy design, or implementation. Papers may include quantitative modeling, simulation studies, qualitative analysis, or interdisciplinary frameworks that link science and policy.
Manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review by experts in agricultural economics, policy, data science, and sustainability. Authors must adhere to the journal’s ethical standards, data availability policies, and transparency principles. Datasets and analytical models should be clearly documented and, when possible, made accessible for reproducibility.
Animals
This section publishes original research articles, reviews, and short communications focused on animal and veterinary sciences relevant to agriculture, food security, and environmental sustainability. Topics include animal genetics and breeding, physiology, nutrition, reproduction, welfare, health, and disease management, as well as livestock production systems, sustainable animal husbandry, and innovations in animal biotechnology.
